Yes of course, all of our designs are fully customisable, colours can be changed to suit your colour scheme.

I have found a design but it's not my colour scheme, can this be changed?

We would be happy to, our bespoke design service would be perfect for you. Please contact us for a consultation.

I have an idea in my head of my perfect stationery but can't find one similar anywhere, can you help?

Yes, the stock can be changed, however these are all priced differently. We would need to provide you with a quotation first. To give you an idea, smooth card is the least expensive, uncoated and felt marked are the middle ground and our pearlescent card is the most expensive but does ooze luxury.

I really like one of your designs however I would prefer this design printed on a different stock, maybe the pearlescent one. Can this be changed?

They can, for an additional fee of £37.50 per item.

For example the cost would be £37.50 for the Invitations to be printed and then £37.50 for the Thank You Cards.

I want to save time and skip writing my invites by hand, can your stationery be pre-printed.

Not at all, we can make as little as 5 for you if you like. Please send us an email with your requirements and we will provide you will a quotation.

I love one of your designs but I am having a very small wedding with a few close friends and family. Do I have to order a minimum of 25?

Of course, we can supply all of our range individually. Please get in touch with your requirements and we can provide you with a quote.

I have noticed that your prices are for a complete package including invitations, additional information cards, RSVP's, save the dates and thank you cards. I only want the save the date cards, can I order these alone.

Normally we would aim to respond  to you within 2 working days. However during busier times this may increase slightly.

How long will it take to receive a quotation?

Once we have a good idea of what your requirements are, we aim to send you your initial digital proof within 5 working days. During busier times this may increase. However we will always keep you informed of any delays.

How do I order?

Of course, all you need to do is send us an email of your requirements including which design and quantities. We will place the order manually for you and reply with a confirmation order and details of where to send the cheque to. Unfortunately we would not be able to send your digital proof until we have received your cheque if you choose this method.

I'm nervous about making payment over the internet, can I send you a cheque?

Simply because all of our stationery is designed, printed and hand-finished to order. We will provide you with a digital proof for you to approve prior to production. You will need to check all your details very carefully. We will only produce your stationery with your approval.

I have noticed that you don't except returns, why is this?

I have to say that this would be highly unlikely, I personally inspect and hand-finish every piece of stationery. We package your stationery with extreme care and attention and as I am "a bit of a perfectionist" I would never send our stationery out if I am not entirely satisfied with the quality and finish.

However if you are not entirely happy with something please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to discus. Please ensure that you do this within 7 days from receipt of your order.

What if my stationery is faulty?

You will receive a digital proof before production for you to check and amend as necessary. We will not send your stationery to print without your approval.

How do I make sure that all my details are correct on my stationery before production?

Of course, drop us an email and I would be happy to arrange a suitable time with you.

I live locally, could I have a face to face consultation?

We aim to despatch all orders within 4 weeks from the date you approve your artwork. During busier times this may increase, however we will inform you of this at the time of ordering. You can also check here for our current delivery times.

How long will it take for my stationery to arrive?

We would always be happy to help if possible. Please drop us an email detailing your deadline and which design range you are thinking of and we will let you know if it is achievable.

I need my stationery in a hurry, can you help?

Yes, we would require a £40 deposit after your consultation, purely to cover some design time. This will be deducted from your total bill.

I would like to use your bespoke design service, do I need to pay anything up front?

Of course, all of our stationery is fully customisable. Just provide us with you details and we can amend your chosen design to suit.

I like your design range but can you supply these for civil ceremonies?

We do… each design does have co-ordinating items as above, we have just not got round to putting these on our site yet.

These items can be quite specific to your day and this can alter sizes quantities etc. Please mention your interest in these items when placing your order and we can send you a quotation.

Standard sizes for these items will be added to our site soon.

Do you supply matching place names, table numbers, menu's, order of service/the day and table plans?

We absolutely do.. Any occasion is possible as all our stationery is designed, printed and hand finished to order. Simply send us your request.

Do you supply stationery for other events such as christenings or birthdays?
